The project is located in Obhor area, north of Jeddah city, with 33,000 m2 built up area and 2 floors. 

 

The project is comprised of 55 residential villas developed as a master plan compound with a 20,000 m2 plot area, including a club house, swimming pools and landscape area. Common central green spaces, shared sports facilities, and indoor facilities work to create an integrated green community, redefining the local standards by creating a true neighborhood. The shared community infrastructure includes a sewage treatment plan and 4 electrical transformers, and direct access to shared community spaces through one main gate and 2 secondary gates. On the individual level, the villas are designed such that the living spaces overlook the view from two directions, while privacy is reserved for the bedrooms, optimizing the interior experience to the same standard as the outdoor.
