This project was a proposal for a prototype design for notary public centers across the Kingdom that acts a solution to tackle issues faced by the current centers at present. The proposal incorporated the creation of an architectural identity, which is absent in most of such buildings, as well as creating a design to promote functional efficiency, flexibility, transparency, as well as the technological facility through the full automation of services. Another key point addressed in the design is the provision of a ladies’ section to provide the necessary services to female users, as well as making the building fully accessible for disabled users, in order to create architecture that responds to modern day needs and standards.
